The connection procedure of our remote monitoring system is simple and user friendly.

For public telephone network connection: you may just simply making a phone call to the remote site (with transmission unit) using the reception software we provided. After that, the connection will be made automatically. Once the connection is made, you may observe the activities of the other side of the system.

For Internet connection: both sides of the system need to access the Internet first. After that, you may enter and connect to the IP address of the remote site (with transmission unit) using the reception software provided. Finally, you may observe the activities of the other side of the system through the Internet.

Operation of reception software

Here we briefly explain our reception software.

Alarm Indicators: Indicate alarm trigger during recording.
Select Camera: Select cameras for monitoring.
Quality Control: adjust the image quality for the incoming pictures.
Remote pan/tilt/zoom: control up to 16 video cameras to pan/tilt/zoom.
Camera Name: specific which camera you are viewing.
Camera Time: display the local time.

Advanced Operation: Remote Pan/Tilt/Zoom Controller

Remote Pan/Tilt/Zoom controller allows you to control up to 16 video cameras to pan left/right, tilt up/down, control the zoom lens and even the wiper and washer of the camera house. (But extra hardware accessories is required)

Camera Select: Select the desired remote camera to be controlled.
Zoom Lens: Adjust focus, iris and zoom of the camera.
Pan/Tilt control: Adjust the camera directions.
Auto: Enable auto pan. (manual pan will be disabled)
Washer and wiper control: Switch on washer or wiper of the remote camera house.
